Brief Description:

The Beckhoff EK1100 EtherCAT coupler connects EtherCAT networks (100BASE-TX) with the modular EtherCAT Terminals (ELxxxx series). It converts Ethernet telegrams into the E-bus signal format, allowing up to 65,535 EtherCAT Terminals to be integrated into a system. The connected terminals are automatically detected and mapped in the process image.
