Order Process

Through which channels can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our online shop (including checkout or product inquiry form), by phone, or by email.

Can the machines be inspected before purchase?

Yes, upon request, we offer you the opportunity to inspect the machines before purchasing them.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

For smaller products up to approx. 30 kg (e.g., PLCs, 1 kW servo motors), shipping will occur on the next business day if the order and payment are received by 5 PM. For larger products or machines, delivery will be arranged individually.

Which service provider will my order be shipped with?

Smaller parcels are usually sent with Österreichische Post. For machines and larger consignments, we commission a freight forwarder or deliver directly.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

Is express delivery available?

Yes, express deliveries are possible upon request.

Can I collect the goods myself?

Collection is possible by prior arrangement.

Invoicing and Payment Terms

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, we issue an invoice for every order.

I am from the EU and have a valid VAT ID. What should I do?

Simply provide your VAT ID during the ordering process or send it to us by email. We will then issue an invoice without VAT.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Warranty and guarantee are stated separately for each product. Private customers have a statutory warranty right.

Do I have a right of return?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy, provided that the products and their seals or packaging (if applicable) are undamaged. The buyer must bear the cost of return shipping.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept advance payment, credit card payments, PayPal, invoices via Klarna, EPS transfers, and, upon request, cash discounts.

Purchase of machinery and components

What machinery and components do you purchase?

We purchase machinery, components, and complete production lines in the field of automation and manufacturing technology.

Do you also buy defective or non-functional machines?

Yes, we also purchase defective or non-functional machines.

How does the evaluation process work?

Send us a detailed description of your machines or components via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. You are also welcome to call us, and we will arrange an on-site appointment. Within 1–2 days, you will receive an offer for direct sale or a commission agreement.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

After all relevant details have been clarified, you will receive an offer within 48 hours.

Are there geographical restrictions on the purchase?

No, we buy globally.

Offer and invoice

What information do you need to prepare a quote?

To prepare an offer, we require a list of components, quantities, photos, and information on the condition of the goods. For machines or complete production lines, additional documents such as EPlan diagrams or operating manuals may be required. We will inform you if these documents are necessary.

When is the payment due?

Payment is either in advance or after completion of our incoming goods inspection.

How does invoicing work? Do I need to send you an invoice?

Either you send us an invoice or we will issue a credit note for the purchase amount.

Transportation and Logistics

Do you arrange for goods to be picked up?

Yes, we can arrange for collection upon request.

Who is responsible for the dismantling?

For an additional charge, we or our partner companies can dismantle the machines.

Can we also deliver the machines ourselves?

Yes, self-delivery of the machines is possible.

Commission sale

What exactly does consignment mean at your store?

As part of the commission sale, we search for potential buyers for your machines or spare parts and handle the entire sales process. In return, we receive a percentage of the sales revenue.

When is consignment selling worthwhile?

Whether commission sales make sense depends on various factors such as the type of goods and the timeframe. Upon request, we will gladly present you with the conditions for commission sales and direct purchase, so you can choose the option that best suits you.

Can the machine stay with me during the commissioning period, or does it need to be brought to you?

It is recommended that the machine stays with you, as this avoids additional transport and storage costs. However, if desired, we can also store the machine at our premises.

Special cases and specific questions

Do you also market machines from ongoing operations?

Yes, we can market machines during ongoing operation. Please inform us early so that we can find a buyer for your machine as soon as it is no longer needed in your production.

What happens if a machine contains custom-made parts or is incomplete?

Custom-made machines or partly completed machinery must be specified by you. A valid CE certificate is desirable, but not mandatory.
